Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt. You will receive a refund of your items purchase price less a 5% restocking fee once your item is returned to us in pristine condition. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Contact Info@GossamerArts.com for a return code and details.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a store credit for 100% of your items purchase price once your item is returned to us in pristine condition. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Contact Info@GossamerArts.com for a return code and details.
Made-to-order items, custom orders, and special orders are NOT returnable
Accessories such as extra bulbs & Novus kits are not returnable

If a product is damaged in shipping, we will help file an insurance claim from the shipper. This must be done within 5 days of receipt. If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made and the return cannot be accepted.
If you plan to store your items for later use you must unpack them and examine them for possible hidden damage, as claims CANNOT be done for orders older than 5 days.

If an incorrect item is sent, Gossamer Arts will replace it with the correct item. We will pay to ship the incorrect item shipped back to us and no additional shipping will be charged for the corrected item. Incorrect item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. If you allow this time to elapse no claims can be made and the return cannot be accepted.

Custom, Special Order and Made-To-Order goods may not be cancelled after three days. Items that have already shipped may not be cancelled.

Due to the variances in computer monitors and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the colors represented in the image on your monitor are exactly as the item appears in person. If you require an exact color match please contact customer service Info@GossamerArts.com

Purchaser determines suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk & liability. Neither the seller or manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage from use of such product.
